Shipping policy

We offer delivery from Monday to Saturday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4 pm on weekdays.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We cannot redeliver or refund orders if incorrect information is provided or if the recipient is unavailable.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, but we always aim to deliver within the requested timeframe.

Our delivery fees are based on real driving time from our shop at Shop T14, Glebe Hill Village, Howrah 7018. 
Each suburb has been allocated to a delivery zone according to Google Maps driving distance.

Zone 1: 0–5 minutes – Free delivery for orders over $60
Zone 2: 6–12 minutes – $8 delivery
Zone 3: 13–20 minutes – $15 delivery
Zone 4: 21–30 minutes – $22 delivery
Zone 5: 31–40 minutes – $35 delivery
Zone 6: 41+ minutes – $100 delivery (please contact us for confirmation)

If your suburb does not appear in any zone at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.

If you require specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout and our team will do their best to accommodate.
