1. Order Confirmation

Before delivery, we will send you a photo of your bouquet for approval. This ensures you are happy with the design before it leaves our shop.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our arrangements are custom-made and perishable, we are unable to accept returns based on style preferences.

Once the bouquet is approved and delivered, all sales are final.

 

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the bouquet arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up to report any issues.

 

4. Return Process

If you experience a problem:

Contact us immediately and provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

We will review the information and assist you as quickly as possible.

 

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once your request has been assessed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you may choose a refund (to your original payment method) or a replacement bouquet.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Bouquets

In the rare event your bouquet arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
