Welcome to the Lumos Bubble FAQ section. We’ve put together answers to the most common questions to help you quickly find what you need.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. Simply select the bouquet or arrangement you like and follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact our team as early as possible. Changes or cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?

We aim to match the product photos as closely as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability. Our florists will always maintain the overall look, feel, and quality of the design.

What if I’m not satisfied with my delivered flowers?

If you’re unhappy with your flowers or our service, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Which areas do you deliver to? 

We currently deliver to:

Hobart, Sandy Bay, Howrah, Rokeby, Glenorchy, CBD, and neighbouring suburbs.

Is the freshness of the flowers guaranteed?

Yes. We guarantee the freshness of every bouquet. All arrangements are prepared and delivered on the same day to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes — we offer fully customised floral designs.

You are welcome to select your preferred flowers, colours, and overall style to create a personalised bouquet, hat box, or flower basket.

What delivery services do you offer?

Most arrangements are available for same-day delivery when ordered by 3pm (weekdays), except for the “Lumos Bubble in Howrah” collection.

Do you deliver to other areas?

For locations outside our delivery zone, customers may choose:

• In-store pick-up, or

• Uber delivery arranged by the customer.

We are happy to assist with coordinating the handover.

What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, after 5:30pm.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a message confirming your delivery window.
